Thanks for visiting Plain Vegan website. In 2012 I became vegan and I love it. I am here to share with you my vegan experience, what is vegan diet all about, but above all I try to find an answer to a burning question: Is it possible to be 100% vegan?
My aim here is to share both, my personal vegan experience and other people vegan experiences, their challenges and obstacles through vegan interviews. Along the way I might have some tips such as how to become vegan and how to live vegan life. I love cooking and eating, so I will also mention vegan restaurants, food, write about veganĀ clothing and vegan events. I may also upload food images and share my own vegan recipes. But, be gentle I am new vegan in a town and don’t expect “super vegan chef” type of images.
What is vegan?
People have survived on many different diets throughout the history: raw, cooked, with or without meat, vegetarian or vegan. Simply put, vegan is a person who follows a plant-based diet. Vegan diet is a type of a diet that excludes meat, dairy products (including eggs, milk, cheese) and other animal products.
Whether you have a strong desire to become a vegan or you want to learn more about the vegan diet, JOIN THE CROWD. I will just talk about vegan things the way they are based on my personal and other vegans experience, and try to get the ultimate answer to my burning question: Is it possible to be 100% vegan.
